Customers can request order cancellations by emailing their order details to support@sportwalk.co. Cancellation requests will only be processed if the order processing has not yet started. Once processing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

Exchange Policy


If a wrong product is delivered, customers can raise a exchange request within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing support@sportwalk.co with their order details. Exchange requests will be reviewed, and if eligible, the processing time is 7-15 days after receiving the originally shipped product from the customer.

Refund Policy


If a wrong product is delivered, customers can raise a refund request within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing support@sportwalk.co with their order details. Refund requests will be reviewed, and if eligible, the processing time is 7-15 days after receiving the originally shipped product from the customer.

Refund & Exchange Conditions
