Client profile:

Telugu Talons competes in the Premier Handball League, India's premier men's professional handball competition, featuring six teams. The inaugural edition of this event took place in Jaipur in 2023.

Project overview:

Between April and June of 2023, we worked extensively with Abhishek Reddy Kankanala, the franchise owner, to develop social media content with the goal of increasing visibility for Handball and the team.

Project impact:

Telugu Talons set league-best numbers by garnering more than 5.5 million impressions, 3.5 million video views, and amassing over 15,000 followers across all social media platforms.

Introduction to Handball

As Telugu Talons took part in the inaugural edition of the league, one of our primary objective was to enlighten our audience and kindle a genuine interest for watching this sport. 

To accomplish this, we crafted a series of concise yet impactful videos that focused on Handball 101 - the positions, the rules and showcasing India's standing on the global handball platform.
